These terms apply when you use shouryakriti.com or buy from us. Shouryakriti is a sole proprietorship of Sonal Shrivastava (GSTIN 23BLYPS5134D2ZT) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Returns & Refund and Privacy policies, which are part of these terms.

Who can buy
You must be 18 or older and able to make a valid contract under Indian law. We sell and deliver only within India. Please give your correct name, phone number, email and delivery address. We verify your phone number with a one-time password (OTP) before checkout.
Our products
We make everyday home products from desi cow gomay (cow dung) collected from local gaushalas, made and packed by local women in Bhopal. We currently sell Gomay Dishwash Powder (a dishwashing powder made from the ash of cow-dung cakes), Gomay Dhoop Batti (10 sticks and a stand per pack) and Gomay Agar Batti (10 sticks per pack, holder not included). Each product page shows the MRP, net quantity, country of origin and seller details.
Everything is handmade from natural materials, so colour, texture, size and fragrance vary slightly from batch to batch. This is natural and not a defect. Photos are for illustration. Our products are for home and puja use. They are not medicines, and we make no health or medical claims.
Safe use
- Dishwash powder: use it only for washing utensils. It is not for eating. Keep it away from children and out of your eyes.
- Dhoop batti and agar batti: burn only on a heat-proof holder, in a ventilated room, away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire. Never leave burning incense unattended.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all taxes. Delivery is free on orders of ₹599 or more; below that, a flat ₹50 delivery charge applies. The full amount, including any delivery charge, is shown before you pay, and there are no hidden charges. Prices may change from time to time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. Payment is prepaid only, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Cash on delivery is not available.

Orders
Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your pincode, or a price was shown wrongly, we will cancel it and refund the full amount you paid.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched and get a full refund: email us with your order number. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and our Returns & Refund policy applies.
Delivery
We ship across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 4–7 working days. These dates are estimates. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, or your parcel is lost, we will replace it or refund you as set out in our Returns & Refund policy, which also explains how and by when to tell us. As our products are consumable home and puja items, we do not take returns for change of mind. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Using our website
Please do not misuse this site. This includes placing false or fraudulent orders, using someone else’s phone number or payment method without their permission, trying to hack, overload or scrape the site, or using it for anything unlawful. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these terms; if you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
Our brand and content
The Shouryakriti and शौर्यकृति names, our logo, the Gaay (गाय) mascot, and our illustrations, photos, videos and text belong to us. You are welcome to share links to our pages and posts, but please do not copy, change or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect loss, or for harm caused by using a product against the safety instructions above or on the pack. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your rights for a defective product or deficient service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to our Grievance Officer first. Disputes that are not resolved are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (where our principal place of business is). This does not affect your right to file a complaint before a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms on this page when you place an order apply to that order.
