Privacy Policyगोपनीयता नीति

This policy explains how Shouryakriti, a sole proprietorship of Sonal Shrivastava (GSTIN 23BLYPS5134D2ZT) (“we”), handles your personal data on shouryakriti.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Rules.

In short

  • We collect only what we need to deliver your order.
  • We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
  • We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address (address, city, state, pincode), and the site language you were using, so our emails reach you in that language.
  • Phone check: before paying, you verify your mobile number with a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS through Google Firebase. The same check lets you open My orders later.
  • Order details: items, amounts, payment status and the Razorpay payment reference, shipping and tracking details, refunds, and short notes we add while helping you.
  • Your messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp, for example about a return.

We do not collect your card, UPI or bank details: you enter them in Razorpay’s secure checkout, not on our servers. We do not store your IP address with your order. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

Why we use it

We use your data only to:

  • confirm your phone number and prevent fake orders;
  • take payment, pack and deliver your order;
  • send order emails (confirmation, shipping, delivery, refund or cancellation);
  • help you with questions, returns and refunds;
  • keep the records that tax and accounting laws require.

You give your consent for these uses when you place an order. Some uses, such as keeping tax records, are required by law. Today we send only emails about your orders.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

  • Razorpay: your name, mobile number, email and order amount, to take your payment and process refunds.
  • Google Firebase: your mobile number, to send and check the OTP. Google runs an invisible reCAPTCHA check on this step to block bots.
  • Shiprocket and its courier partners: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and the items in your parcel, to deliver it and share tracking.
  • Hostinger: our web host. Our website, order records and order emails (sent from orders@shouryakriti.com) run on its servers.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): counts visits, the pages and products people view, how many reach the cart, checkout and purchase steps with the order value, the device type, an approximate city worked out from the internet address (Google does not keep the address), and the site language. When you buy, our server also tells Google about the purchase: order number, value and items, with a random browser id. We do not send it your name, phone, email or address, and Google’s advertising features are switched off.
  • Google Fonts: our pages load their fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
  • Pincode lookup (postalpincode.in): only the pincode you type, sent from our server, to fill in your city and state at checkout.
  • Government authorities, courts or police, only when the law requires.

We don’t sell or rent your data. Some of these services may process data outside India.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Cart, language and pincode: saved in your browser’s local storage, on your own device, so they are still there when you come back.
  • Checkout: a short note about a payment in progress is kept in session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
  • Sign-in cookie: after the OTP check we set one essential cookie, so you can pay and see your orders. It ends when you close your browser.
  • Firebase may keep a small sign-in record in your browser during the OTP check.
  • Which link brought you: if you arrive from a link, such as an Instagram post or a product shared on WhatsApp, we keep the name of that link (not who you are) in local storage for 30 days and save it with your order, so we can see which posts help the shop.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_…): a random id so Google can count returning visitors. They last up to 13 months.

We use no advertising cookies. You can clear or block these in your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not affect shopping, but the cart and OTP sign-in need storage and cookies to work.

Where your data is kept

Order and customer records are stored as files on our web server (Hostinger), in folders that cannot be opened from the internet. Only the people who handle Shouryakriti orders can see them, through our admin panel.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records, and the logs linked to them, for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. We delete other personal data once it is no longer needed for the purposes above, or sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with;
  • correct, complete or update your data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this stops future use; we may still need to finish an order already placed and keep the records the law requires);
  • nominate another person to use these rights for you if you die or are unable to act;
  • raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

To use any of these rights, email us from the email address on your order, or WhatsApp us from the same mobile number, with your order number. We may ask a question to confirm the request is really yours. You can also see your orders at any time on My orders.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you. If you think a child has shared data with us, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS. Our data files are blocked from public access, our admin panel needs a phone OTP or a password and limits failed login attempts, and payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. No website is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Grievance Officer and contact

For any question, request or complaint about your data, write to our Grievance Officer: Hitanshu Shrivastava · hitanshu@shouryakriti.com. You can also WhatsApp +91 95225 00666 (messages only, no calls). We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our shop or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

हम क्या जानकारी लेते हैं

  • ऑर्डर करते समय: आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल और डिलीवरी का पता (पता, शहर, राज्य, पिनकोड), और साइट की वह भाषा जिसमें आप ख़रीदारी कर रहे थे, ताकि हमारे ईमेल आपको उसी भाषा में मिलें।
  • फ़ोन की जाँच: भुगतान से पहले आप अपना मोबाइल नंबर OTP से सत्यापित करते हैं। यह OTP Google Firebase के ज़रिए SMS से आता है। इसी से आप बाद में मेरे ऑर्डर भी खोल पाते हैं।
  • ऑर्डर की जानकारी: सामान, रकम, भुगतान की स्थिति और Razorpay का पेमेंट नंबर, शिपिंग और ट्रैकिंग, रिफंड, और मदद करते समय हमारे लिखे छोटे नोट।
  • आपके संदेश: जो आप हमें ईमेल या WhatsApp पर भेजते हैं, जैसे वापसी के बारे में।

आपके कार्ड, UPI या बैंक की जानकारी हम नहीं लेते: वह आप Razorpay के सुरक्षित पेमेंट पेज पर भरते हैं, हमारे सर्वर पर नहीं। आपके ऑर्डर के साथ हम आपका IP पता नहीं रखते। हर वेबसाइट की तरह, हमारी होस्टिंग कंपनी सुरक्षा के लिए सामान्य तकनीकी लॉग (जैसे IP पता और ब्राउज़र) रख सकती है।

जानकारी किसलिए

आपकी जानकारी सिर्फ़ इन कामों में आती है:

  • आपका फ़ोन नंबर पक्का करना और फ़र्ज़ी ऑर्डर रोकना;
  • भुगतान लेना, ऑर्डर पैक करना और आप तक पहुँचाना;
  • ऑर्डर के ईमेल भेजना (कन्फ़र्मेशन, शिपिंग, डिलीवरी, रिफंड या ऑर्डर कैंसिल होने पर);
  • सवालों, वापसी और रिफंड में आपकी मदद करना;
  • टैक्स और हिसाब-किताब के क़ानूनों के तहत ज़रूरी रिकॉर्ड रखना।

ऑर्डर करते समय आप इन कामों के लिए अपनी सहमति देते हैं। कुछ काम, जैसे टैक्स रिकॉर्ड रखना, क़ानून के कारण ज़रूरी हैं। अभी हम सिर्फ़ आपके ऑर्डर से जुड़े ईमेल भेजते हैं।

जानकारी किसके साथ साझा होती है

सिर्फ़ उन सेवाओं के साथ जो दुकान चलाने में हमारी मदद करती हैं, और हर एक को सिर्फ़ उतनी जितनी उसे चाहिए:

  • Razorpay: भुगतान और रिफंड के लिए आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल और ऑर्डर की रकम।
  • Google Firebase: OTP भेजने और जाँचने के लिए आपका मोबाइल नंबर। बॉट रोकने के लिए Google इस कदम पर एक छिपी हुई reCAPTCHA जाँच करता है।
  • Shiprocket और उसके कूरियर पार्टनर: पार्सल पहुँचाने और ट्रैकिंग के लिए आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल, पता और पार्सल में रखा सामान।
  • Hostinger: हमारी वेब होस्टिंग। हमारी वेबसाइट, ऑर्डर के रिकॉर्ड और ऑर्डर के ईमेल (orders@shouryakriti.com से) इसी के सर्वर पर चलते हैं।
  • Google Analytics (GA4): यह गिनता है कि साइट पर कितने लोग आए, कौन-से पेज और उत्पाद देखे गए, कितने लोग कार्ट, चेकआउट और ख़रीद तक पहुँचे (ऑर्डर की रकम के साथ), डिवाइस का प्रकार, इंटरनेट पते से अंदाज़न शहर (Google यह पता अपने पास नहीं रखता), और साइट की भाषा। ख़रीद होने पर हमारा सर्वर भी Google को ख़रीद की जानकारी भेजता है: ऑर्डर नंबर, रकम और सामान, एक रैंडम ब्राउज़र आईडी के साथ। आपका नाम, फ़ोन, ईमेल या पता इसे नहीं भेजा जाता, और Google की विज्ञापन सुविधाएँ बंद हैं।
  • Google Fonts: हमारे पेज के फ़ॉन्ट Google के सर्वर से आते हैं, इसलिए आपका ब्राउज़र Google से जुड़ता है।
  • पिनकोड सेवा (postalpincode.in): चेकआउट में शहर और राज्य अपने-आप भरने के लिए सिर्फ़ आपका पिनकोड, हमारे सर्वर से।
  • सरकारी संस्थाएँ, अदालत या पुलिस, सिर्फ़ तब जब क़ानून के तहत ज़रूरी हो।

हम आपकी जानकारी न बेचते हैं, न किराए पर देते हैं। इनमें से कुछ सेवाएँ जानकारी को भारत के बाहर भी प्रोसेस कर सकती हैं।

कुकीज़ और ब्राउज़र स्टोरेज

  • कार्ट, भाषा और पिनकोड: आपके ब्राउज़र के local storage में, आपके अपने डिवाइस पर सहेजे जाते हैं, ताकि दोबारा आने पर वैसे ही मिलें।
  • चेकआउट: चल रहे भुगतान का एक छोटा नोट session storage में रहता है, जो टैब बंद करते ही हट जाता है।
  • लॉगिन कुकी: OTP जाँच के बाद हम एक ज़रूरी कुकी लगाते हैं, ताकि आप भुगतान कर सकें और अपने ऑर्डर देख सकें। ब्राउज़र बंद करने पर यह ख़त्म हो जाती है।
  • Firebase OTP जाँच के दौरान आपके ब्राउज़र में लॉगिन का एक छोटा रिकॉर्ड रख सकता है।
  • आप किस लिंक से आए: अगर आप किसी लिंक से आते हैं, जैसे Instagram पोस्ट या WhatsApp पर भेजा गया उत्पाद, तो हम उस लिंक का नाम (आपकी पहचान नहीं) 30 दिन तक local storage में रखते हैं और आपके ऑर्डर के साथ सहेजते हैं, ताकि पता चले कि कौन-सी पोस्ट दुकान के काम आ रही हैं।
  • Google Analytics की कुकीज़ (_ga, _ga_…): एक रैंडम आईडी, ताकि Google दोबारा आने वालों को गिन सके। ये 13 महीने तक रहती हैं।

हम विज्ञापन वाली कोई कुकी नहीं लगाते। आप ब्राउज़र की सेटिंग में इन्हें हटा या रोक सकते हैं। एनालिटिक्स रोकने से ख़रीदारी पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ता, लेकिन कार्ट और OTP लॉगिन के लिए स्टोरेज और कुकी ज़रूरी हैं।

जानकारी कहाँ रखी जाती है

ऑर्डर और ग्राहकों के रिकॉर्ड हमारे वेब सर्वर (Hostinger) पर फ़ाइलों में रखे जाते हैं, ऐसे फ़ोल्डर में जिसे इंटरनेट से खोला नहीं जा सकता। इन्हें हमारे एडमिन पैनल में सिर्फ़ वही लोग देख सकते हैं जो शौर्यकृति के ऑर्डर संभालते हैं।

जानकारी कितने समय तक रखते हैं

ऑर्डर और भुगतान के रिकॉर्ड, और उनसे जुड़े लॉग, हम तब तक रखते हैं जब तक टैक्स, हिसाब-किताब और दूसरे क़ानून कहते हैं। बाकी जानकारी काम पूरा होने पर, या आपके कहने पर उससे पहले ही, हटा देते हैं, जब तक क़ानून उसे रखना ज़रूरी न कहे।

आपके अधिकार

DPDP अधिनियम के तहत आप:

  • पूछ सकते हैं कि हमारे पास आपकी कौन सी जानकारी है, उसका उपयोग कैसे होता है और वह किसके साथ साझा हुई है;
  • अपनी जानकारी सुधरवा, पूरी करवा या अपडेट करवा सकते हैं;
  • अपनी जानकारी हटवाने के लिए कह सकते हैं;
  • कभी भी अपनी सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं (इससे आगे का उपयोग रुक जाता है; जो ऑर्डर पहले से हो चुका है उसे पूरा करना और क़ानूनी रिकॉर्ड रखना हमें फिर भी पड़ सकता है);
  • किसी और व्यक्ति को नॉमिनेट कर सकते हैं, जो आपकी मृत्यु या असमर्थता की स्थिति में आपकी ओर से ये अधिकार इस्तेमाल करे;
  • हमसे शिकायत कर सकते हैं, और संतुष्ट न होने पर भारतीय डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड (Data Protection Board of India) के पास जा सकते हैं।

इनमें से किसी भी अधिकार के लिए, ऑर्डर वाले ईमेल पते से हमें ईमेल करें, या उसी मोबाइल नंबर से WhatsApp करें, और अपना ऑर्डर नंबर लिखें। अनुरोध सच में आपका है, यह पक्का करने के लिए हम कुछ पूछ सकते हैं। अपने ऑर्डर आप कभी भी मेरे ऑर्डर पर देख सकते हैं।

बच्चे

हमारी दुकान बड़ों के लिए है। हम जान-बूझकर 18 साल से कम उम्र के किसी व्यक्ति की जानकारी नहीं लेते। अगर आपकी उम्र 18 से कम है, तो माता-पिता या अभिभावक से अपने लिए ऑर्डर करने को कहें। अगर आपको लगता है कि किसी बच्चे ने हमें जानकारी दी है, तो हमें लिखें, हम उसे हटा देंगे।

सुरक्षा

हमारी साइट HTTPS पर चलती है। हमारी डेटा फ़ाइलें बाहर से नहीं खुलतीं, एडमिन पैनल के लिए फ़ोन OTP या पासवर्ड चाहिए और ग़लत लॉगिन की कोशिशें सीमित हैं, और भुगतान पूरी तरह Razorpay संभालता है। कोई भी वेबसाइट पूरी तरह सुरक्षित नहीं होती। अगर कभी डेटा ब्रीच से आपकी जानकारी पर असर पड़े, तो हम क़ानून के अनुसार आपको और डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड को बताएँगे।

अपनी जानकारी से जुड़े किसी भी सवाल, अनुरोध या शिकायत के लिए हमारे शिकायत अधिकारी को लिखें: Hitanshu Shrivastava · hitanshu@shouryakriti.com। आप +91 95225 00666 पर WhatsApp भी कर सकते हैं (सिर्फ़ मैसेज, कॉल नहीं)। हर शिकायत की पावती हम 48 घंटे में देते हैं और एक महीने के भीतर उसका समाधान करते हैं।

इस नीति में बदलाव

दुकान या क़ानून बदलने पर हम यह नीति अपडेट कर सकते हैं। ऊपर दी गई तारीख़ बताती है कि यह कौन सा संस्करण है।
