Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Conditions
As these are natural, hygiene products, opened or used items can’t be returned except in case of damage/wrong item.
